| It's update time!
Turned 23 last Sunday and mostly ate lots of food. Thanks for all of the birthday wishes! My sister gave me an awesome journal that has a built-in pocket on the inside, back cover (so high tech...) and my mom will take me to the ballet, woohoo!
Anna will be leading missions to China again this summer and my brother will be doing a YWAM missions thing this fall (not a DTS, I forgot what it's called) in HK, China, and India.
Going on vacation with mom and Emily with the SM High band and colorguard (which Emily is a member of) in less than 2 weeks just to the Anaheim area. I'm excited because I never go travelling, even though this isn't too far.
Did City Ministries last Friday with 3 others from my Young Adult Bible Study. It was very good, despite the rain and delays.
I think that's all for now...(Anta, you owe me my ramekins...plus interest! I expect them to have had children by now! ^_^)
| I went for a quick walk near my house after work just to play around with my camera a little. Here are some bright, cheery daffodils to brighten your rainy days!

| Hmmm...updates, updates.... For any interested, you can see me in a miniscule part in the Peninsula Youth Ballet's (yeah, I know I'm old, but they said they needed more people)production of The Nutcracker (as in the ballet) this Saturday or Sunday, both at 2pm. You can buy tickets online at www.pyb.org. They're a pricey $25, which confuses me since it's non-profit AND everyone has to pay $175 just to be IN the show. It's been much more busy at work and I've been dealing with ointment up the wazoo, heh... "Where/what are you missing 20% label strength?" Thanksgiving dinner was at my uncle and aunt's place this year for the first time. It's been at our place for as long as I can remember, but no leftover turkey for turkey "jook" this year *boohoo*. It's getting colder now at my oatmeal scarf and new fuzzy slippers are now my best friends. My sister, Anna, was boldly sharing the Gospel with someone at church yesterday...must find out more details, but go Annabenenifits!!! And go Holy Spirit!!! Seeing my siblings back from college makes me glad that I've graduated. | | |
| *on microphone* In this corner, we have the malicious mayhem of the AIM virus *crowd boos* and in the opposite corner, an incensed Jen Chau *crowd cheers (of course ^_~)*. ...*later, after much side-stepping, virtual upper-cutting, imaginary chair-throwing, and the like*... *ding ding* and the AIM virus is down and out for the count! We have a winner! The toolbar-tackling, pop-up pummling Jen Chau is our new champeeeeennnn!!!
Okay, enough of that...heh...on a random note...I love the rain, or at least being inside when it rains (except hurricane style rain, of course ). Being outside is not too bad as long as I have an umbrella though...I just get warm fuzzies and nostalgia and start thinking about the Holiday Season, then I want to pull out our old record of Christmas songs by Nat King Cole (and some choir on the other side that I can't remember the name of) and play it on the PlaySkool record player we have (yes, it really works, hahha) as we do some sort of domestic activity together like bake goodies...*sigh*
| Arrrgggg....a curse upon all ye AIM viruses!!! *shakes fist angrily while imaginary parrot sidekick squawks "a curse upon ye, a curse upon ye!"*
Let's hope it's fixed now...(after 3rd attempt to remove)
